Scanning your website creates a free, private, 48-hour trial workspace hosted at brainztem.com/<your-company>. The trial is a working preview built from your public site.

Your work carries over. Anything set up during the trial (brand, crew, seeded content, and points) stays in the same workspace when you start a plan from it.

Expiry. A trial lasts 48 hours. If you left your email, it stays readable (read-only) for 30 days after it expires and is then deleted. If you didn't, it is deleted when it expires. Paid workspaces don't expire. Trials are provided as-is, with no uptime or availability guarantee.

Brainztem builds an AI crew workspace for your business from its website. Agent actions that send externally, spend money, change code, or delete data are human-gated: they need your explicit approval and never run on their own. You are responsible for the content you approve and send.

Brainztem is offered as a monthly plan (below) and, optionally, as a done-for-you Managed Launch: a private instance scoped and priced per project, agreed in writing before work starts. See pricing for what's included.

The Brainztem Workspace is $99 a month. Add-on agents are priced per month on the pricing page. Agents marked “Managed Launch” are set up with you on a call and billed only once they're live.

• Billing. Plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe, starting with the first month at checkout.
• Changes and cancelling. You can change your plan, update your card, see invoices, or cancel any time in the Stripe billing portal. Changes take effect from your next bill.
• Usage allowance. Each plan includes a monthly allowance. We email you at 80%. At 100%, new work pauses until the month resets or you move up a level. Nothing is charged unless you choose it.
• Phone minutes. If you turn on the Phone agent, its call minutes are metered, and extra minutes beyond its plan are billed by the minute. This is the only usage-based charge.

Outreach email goes out from your own email account and domain (your own Resend account), one approved message at a time, and replies come to you. You are the sender. You are responsible for complying with anti-spam law, such as CAN-SPAM in the US, including honoring opt-out requests.

When you turn on the Phone agent, it tells callers that the call is recorded. You are responsible for any further notice or consent that recording calls requires where you or your callers are.

Refer a business that becomes a paying Brainztem client and you earn premium points worth 10% of that client's contract value (one point per dollar of the 10%). Premium points convert to cash at $1 per 2 points ($0.50 per point).

• Earned when the referred client's contract is paid.
• Payable 30 days later. Cash becomes payable 30 days after the client pays, then is settled in the next monthly payout run.
• Clawback. If the referred client refunds, charges back, or churns before the 30-day hold ends, the commission is voided (points and cash forfeited).
• Attribution. A client is credited to a single referrer, determined at the time the trial or engagement is created. Self-referrals and duplicate submissions are not eligible.
• Taxes. Payouts are commission income; you are responsible for any applicable taxes. Brainztem may require tax information before paying out.
• Brainztem may modify or end the program prospectively; already-earned commissions are honored.

Your workspace is private; your data stays yours. Trial workspaces are synthesized from your public website and contain no confidential platform data. We process only what's needed to run the service and the referral program — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect, who processes it, and your rights.
