Before you pick
What if I use more than what's included?
Each agent has its own monthly allowance in its own unit, the number on its card: the Email agent's replies, the Bookkeeping agent's transactions. The Workspace has one for chat, documents and brain pages. We email you when any of them reaches 80%. At 100%, that agent pauses until the month resets or you move up a level, and the rest of your crew keeps working. Nothing is charged without you choosing it.
What happens after I pay?
Your workspace is built from your website right after checkout. Then we book your setup call, where you talk and your brain gets written. Add what you know under Sources any time, and connect your own email sending to send what you approve.
Does anything go out without me?
No. Outreach you approve sends from your own email domain, and only when you click send. Everything else your crew makes is a draft on your board until you use it.
Can I add or remove agents later?
Yes. Start with what you need now and change your crew any month.
What does it cost if I want everything?
The whole crew, the workspace plus all 18 agents, is $553 a month at Getting started, $743 at Steady and $1,121 at Busy. You don't have to start there: the workspace alone is $99 a month, and you can add or remove agents any month.
What does Managed Launch mean?
Those agents need something on your side before they can work: an account, an API key, a connection or a phone number. We set them up with you on a call: you create the account, invite us or paste the keys, and we wire it up and test it with you. They're not charged at checkout; you're billed for them only once they're live.
