What's the Legare St. mudroom re-quote looking like?
The June estimate was $18,400 on rift white oak at $9.20/bf. That's now $11.60 — a 26% move on the material line alone.
Holding the same margin puts it at $20,950. I've drafted the revised estimate with the change isolated on its own line so the builder can see exactly what moved and why; nothing about our rate changed. It's waiting for you to send.
One flag: the original quote is 47 days old. Our own rule is to re-quote past 30, so this was already overdue.
