Anything I should know about Thursday's arrivals?
One thing, and it is the kind we usually miss.
Marguerite and Yusuf Delacroix arrive Thursday into Ultra Luxe 1. It is their tenth anniversary — she mentioned it in the booking note. They also stayed with us in September 2024, in Ridge Dome 1, and in that stay's feedback she asked whether we did anything for special occasions. We said not really.
So the thing to avoid is asking her a question we already have the answer to.
I would set the unit before 3pm and say nothing about it in the welcome message — the whole effect is that it is already there and nobody makes a performance of it. Ultra Luxe 1 has the best sunset on the property and they are in it for two nights, which is as good as this gets.
The other two Thursday arrivals are first stays and need nothing beyond standard.
