Owns who is on which site this week, and calls the sub who has not confirmed.
Is Sunset Ridge rough-in going to happen next week?
Not on what is currently booked, no.
Harlow confirmed verbally on 21 July and it has never gone on the calendar. That is the third time this year, and the previous two both moved by about a week.
The sequence matters more than the trade: plumbing rough-in gates electrical, and Fontaine IS booked, for the 12th. If Harlow slips again Fontaine arrives to a site they cannot work, and Fontaine is the sub we can least afford to waste.
Two options. Call Harlow this morning and get a date in writing, or move Fontaine now while there is still notice in it. I would do the first before nine and the second by noon if the first does not land.
